By default, our intelligent dashcams only record road-facing footage and automatically blur human faces and other privacy-protected data — ensuring compliance with GDPR or other data protection laws while respecting drivers’ right to privacy. You can even set geofences to disable recording when entering private areas, military bases, or other restricted zones.

How it works

1. While driving

The camera’s built-in AI processor, gyroscope, or low-intrusion driver monitoring sensor (DMS) detects a critical safety event and immediately triggers an audible warning inside the truck cabin, alerting the driver to react or self-correct in the moment.

2. On the cloud

The event is uploaded to the cloud, where it’s automatically tagged and sorted for easy retrieval and analysis. A dynamic mosaic algorithm keeps faces and number plates obscured in line with GDPR or similar legislation.

3. In the office

The fleet manager can access the video in the events library for up to 6 months. They can use it to address risky driving behaviors, present it as claims evidence, and more. (In the default setting, driver-facing events appear without any footage.)
