Yes. According to EU law, if you’re a road transport operator and use vehicles that are fitted with a digital tachograph, you must download driver card data at least every 28 days and vehicle unit (or mass memory) data at least every 90 days. You’re also obliged to keep a copy the data downloaded for at least one year.
