Module “alarms” (app: Home)

“Alarms” module, including:
– View list of all alarms for all assets
– Metadata for each alarm – time, position, etc.
– Treat alarms individually – read/unread.
– Get notifications on alarms & map. Also have them forwarded to email address(es)
